XAT Syllabus 2025
The XAT falls under the purview of XLRI Jamshedpur and includes Verbal & Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation, and General Knowledge sections. Although the sections shown above are common among all the XAT exam years, the decision-making section is a rare one offered in the XAT 2025 syllabus. As no topic is excluded from the XAT 2025 syllabus, candidates must obtain sufficient knowledge in each subject, as questions from all sections are included. Exam preparation for the XAT syllabus requires between three and four months, and you should begin preparing in May or June.
The XAT question paper is structured into three parts:
Part 1: Verbal and Logical Ability, Decision Making, and Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation (175 minutes)
Part 2: Mock Keyboard Testing (5 minutes)
Part 3: General Knowledge + Essay Writing (30 minutes)
With 100 questions in multiple-choice format across these subjects, success in the exam hinges on understanding the sections' weightage and practicing accordingly.
