WBJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must carefully read the eligibility criteria for WBJEE 2025 before completing the application form.
The eligibility criteria are published online with the official notification. The eligibility criteria for WBJEE 2025 are citizenship, age, and qualification.
The citizenship requirement is that the candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Applicants must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2025, while there is no maximum age limit, except for the Marine Engineering Degree Course.
The age limit for the Marine Engineering degree course is 25 years as of December 31, 2025. The qualification criteria involve passing Class 12 from a recognised board.
Aspirants should complete class 12, which includes several subjects, such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, biotechnology, and computer application.
For BTech, at least 45% in 10+2 marks are required for the general category, whereas 40% ( general category ) for SC/ST/OBC/PwD. For BArch, the candidate must have an aggregate of 50% marks in the 12th class.
The BArch candidate must also clear the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) organised by the Council of Architecture (COA).
