WBJECA Counselling Schedule 2025 will be declared by The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board in July. Counselling registration will start in the month and continue until August. Check the schedule and process of the counselling here, which will be conducted in two rounds of seat allotment. Counselling Process 2025 for WBJECA Appearance candidates who passed the WBJECA 2025 exam will be intimated directly.
 

WBJECA 2025 Counselling- WBJECA 2025 counselling will occur online, and the candidates must register online. WBJECA 2025 Counselling: Admission to MCA programs will be based on the scores of the students in the entrance exam. Based on the cutoff scores of WBJECA, program-wise, eligibility, and availability of seats, candidates can choose their college and campus.

Documents required for WBJECA Counselling 2025

• WBJECA Counselling registration slip.

• SRMJEEE Rank Card and Admit Card

• Print out the WBJECA application form

• One original identity proof

• 4 Passport size photographs

• Class 10 certificate

• Xth mark sheet ( Proof of DOB)

• Class 12 mark sheet

• Graduation (Passed Mark sheet)

• College abroad certification of enrollment;

• ST/ SC/ OBC-A/ OBC-B/ PwD certificate, if applicable

• Residence Certificate (if any)

WBJECA 2025 Cutoff

The cut-off of WBJECA 2025 will be released after the counselling process. The cut-off is the lowest rank for admission to a particular participating institution. The WBJECA 2025 cutoff will be released as candidates' score or rank depending on seats available, the number of candidates, the difficulty of the test, and trends of past cutoff trends in the result.

The aspirants who will not score the minimum marks of the WBJECA 2025 cutoff will not qualify for WB JECA 2025 counselling. The cut-off list will be accessible on the official website.
