Flagship Events By International Relations Cell

Each year, the International Relations Cell organizes various events and initiatives that actively promote an environment of global engagement. These events encompass both cultural exchanges and academic activities, offering students unique opportunities to broaden their horizons. The cell has consistently cultivated a knowledge-sharing culture by adopting creative and innovative methods that encourage cooperation and mutual growth among students and faculty members. 

The primary goal extends beyond merely facilitating international collaborations; it emphasizes expanding the understanding of globalization in higher education. To achieve this, the cell hosts various international conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and conclaves that offer in-depth insights from numerous global viewpoints.

Annual International Day

In its effort to promote global education, the International Relations Cell organizes the annual International Day Exhibition. This event serves as a platform for students to explore various academic opportunities from universities around the world. Attendees can interact with representatives from international institutions, gaining valuable insights into global higher education. 

Additionally, the exhibition provides academic counselling to help students develop a deeper understanding of various aspects related to international studies and career prospects.

Dhoom – Parul University's Celebration of Diversity

One of the most awaited events at Parul University is the annual cultural festival, Dhoom. The festival celebrates the rich diversity that defines the campus, creating a platform for over 20,000 students to showcase their unique talents. Dhoom provides a space for creative expression, cultivating a sense of community and harmony. The event features EDM nights that bring an electrifying and rejuvenating atmosphere to the festival. Beyond Dhoom, the university also hosts several other significant events, including Projections, an annual technology festival, and Tech-Expo, an exhibition platform for technological innovations.

Other Major Events

Parul University offers numerous cultural, academic, and technical events throughout the year. Among these are the Vadodara Literature Festival, the Maadhyam Media Fest, Vadodara Fashion Week, the IIMUN Vadodara Conclave, and the Vadodara Film and Design Festival (VFDF). Other notable events include Curate, PUTalks, and the National Healthcare Skill Conclave 2023, which was held in association with Pragya – the Advanced Skills and Simulation Centre. The conclave featured workshops aimed at enhancing the conceptual understanding of medicine and surgeries for participants.

Start-Up Festivals and Hackathons

For students with a technical focus, Parul University hosts several significant events aimed at promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. The annual Vadodara Innofest, the Vadodara Police Hackathon, and the Projections event are just a few of the platforms that encourage students to explore advanced technology and develop creative solutions to real-world problems.
