NMIMS understands the needs and security issues that may concern the students, ensuring a conducive accommodation environment. The university provides Several hosts, with two own hostels and three rented-out residential ones. There are distinct dormitories for boys and girls with necessities like water purifying plants, indoor games facilities, dining arrangements, washing services, and security camera embeddings available 24/7. The hostel charges for 2023 are as follows, and I ensured that I provided a list of accommodation types that students would be interested in to suit all their needs regarding dietary restrictions or financial capability.

Library
The NMIMS library and information centre is a repository of knowledge having more than fifty-eight thousand volumes on diverse disciplines, including business and management, pharmacy, technology, architecture and planning, applied sciences, commerce, economics, behavioural science, information technology, law, etc. Further, its collection includes audio-video materials, newspapers, reports, case studies, news clippings, management games, and psychology & management tests the student and faculty require extensively for their academic concepts.
Sports Complex
The institute also understands the value of comprehensive developmental activity, so it provides good sports amenities to the students of NMIMS. The art sight has provided an elaborated layout of the sports complex with several practice courts for basketball, badminton, cricket, football, and many more; the other amenities are a swimming pool, table tennis, volleyball, carrom board, and chess. These amenities enable students to engage in optimum sporting activities and embrace sporting disciplines with their academic pursuits.
Other Facilities
Besides the mentioned signs of over-emphasis on academia, NMIMS Mumbai offers many other amenities to enhance campus life. These are a cafeteria that prepares sumptuous meals from around the world. This gym caters for the sporting bodies of students, lawns for moot court for the law schools, a studio for the creative students, an auditorium for group lectures, a health care unit for any ailment, and free WI-FI throughout the campus. It also provides shuttle services for transportation to make it easier for students to move from one place to another. The university also offers air-conditioned classrooms, meaning that students can be assured of a good environment while learning.
Exploring Beyond the Campus
The academic atmosphere within the campus of NMIMS Mumbai is also complementary to the learning needs of the students. Still, it should be understood that Mumbai city, along with other places, is a beautiful city to visit and to get exposure to. Places like the Gateway of India or Marine Drive, Bands and Juhu are even more attractive, among Mumbai's most vivid student attractions.
