K.R. mangalam University Scholarships 2025
A variety of scholarships is offered by KR Mangalam University which encourages and facilitates talented and meritorious students to join the University and educational institution on a ‘First-Cum-First-Basis’. Most significantly, these scholarships apply to only the first, one hundred students in each of the schools. The scholarship categories at KR Mangalam University are delineated into three distinct segments:
Undergraduate Scholarships
Scholarships for ‘merit’ are offered in different undergraduate courses offered at KR Mangalam University. These scholarships are offered as per the performance of the candidate in the National Level Entrance Exam like JEE Main, NATA, CLAT etc. Also, a scholarship facility is provided based on Class 12 percentage for undergraduate programs.
Postgraduate Scholarships
There is a scholarship for post-graduate courses at KR Mangalam University based on the merit of the students. The availability of these scholarships depends on the performance of the candidates in their respective graduation courses.
Alumni Scholarships

Scholarship based on JEE Main Percentile
JEE Main scores will determine this scholarship for the BTech graduates. It will be paid in semi-annual instalments, of which the first instalment (25%) will be paid at the beginning of the project. The scholarship amount will be subtracted from the semester fee at the time of registration for the Semester. More information about the scholarship is given below:

Scholarship based on NATA Score
Like JEE Main, there is a scholarship for the BArch course at KR Mangalam University that is offered according to the score obtained in NATA. It is paid on 2 and 3 instalments, of which the initial payment constitutes 25% of the amount. It is to be mentioned that during the registration of the scholar for the semester fee, the amount of the scholarship is considered from the fee. Scholarship Disbursement Process
For 100% Scholarship
Three equal payments will distribute the scholarship fund during the academic period as per K.R. Mangalam University scholarship guidelines.
1st Installment (25%): Deducted from semester fee post document verification during registration.
The institution disburses the second installment of 50 percent through cheques after the 2nd semester, provided students maintain their scholarship requirements.
The payment for the 3rd installment (25% of the total amount) will be processed through cheque during the 3rd semester after verification of all necessary requirements.
For 75% / 50% / 25% / 10% Scholarships
The scholarship payments occur in two equal distributions:
1st Installment: Deducted from semester fee after document verification at registration.
Note: Students must comply with academic and disciplinary criteria mentioned under Note 7 to continue receiving the scholarship in future semesters. The final decision rests with the university’s scholarship committee.
Scholarship Important Notes
Students can use the scholarship funding only for their first-year course fee payment.
The D.Pharm academic program is exempt from the scholarship policy consisting of Parts A, B, and C.
The LLB (Hons.) and B.Ed programs fail to receive financing from Part A and Part C scholarship schemes. Scholarships under Part B currently serve as the only incentive for these programs.
Two scholarships cannot be combined. A single scholarship grant extends to one awarded student at any point.
She receives a Part A scholarship by achieving marks from her final qualifying examination.
For sports scholarships:
University authorities will review academic results generated throughout the previous 3 years.
The scholarship becomes available after certificate verification together with successful physical testing.
The institution provides funding for match expenses and travel together with registration and match costs but excludes all other expenditures.
Students must clear all their subjects with 75% minimum attendance and no records of misconduct to receive the remaining scholarship payments as cheques during the 2nd and 3rd installments.
The student maintains a minimum semester average of 75% attendance from their last enrolled semester.
Students who passed all subjects successfully during their previous semester can proceed with the scholarship benefit.
The candidate accomplishes an unblemished academic record with no documented incidents of misconduct along with good conduct.
For the CUET Scholarship:
- Students who have taken more than three CUET exams (excluding CUET-2) and achieved at least 40% overall score receive a 10% scholarship for the Semester 1 fees.
- Students receiving scholarship benefits will have their awards determined using the table presented for CUET when they take four or more CUET papers.
- The scholarship policy does not extend to students who join through lateral mobility programs or migration pathways.
