Bachelor of Design

This is a comprehensive undergraduate degree program designed to confront today's physical, material, and functional realities in order to develop a more inventive and sustainable way of life. It attempts to prepare designers to meet the needs of new realities brought about by technological disruptions.

The program's majors include Space Design, Product Design, Communication Design, Fashion and Textile Design (Sustainable Innovation), Interaction Design, and Transdisciplinary Design.

The programme is divided into eight semesters and includes multidisciplinary courses that encourage interdisciplinary collaboration and research in other design areas.

Degree Type: Full-Time

Bachelor of Visual Arts programs

Four-year full-time program.

Bachelor of Visual Arts programs: Anant provides four-year undergraduate Visual Arts programs.

Four-year undergraduate program teaches our students creative practice and critical thinking via an interdisciplinary art curriculum. It focuses on fundamental visual art principles, material research, and the creation of creative and thematic contextualisation. Students investigate the transformative power of visual arts by drawing on information from diverse traditional, craft, and contemporary practices.

B.Tech. Degree

Anant's unique B.Tech. degree is a specialized engineering curriculum designed exclusively for climate technology innovation. This is India's only undergraduate program that allows students to specialize in climate technologies, preparing them for professions in the rapidly developing global climate business and economy, which is worth more than $23 trillion.

At Anant's Climate Lab, students learn to use engineering tools and design thinking ideas with real application-oriented learning in industry, government, and research facilities to create technology solutions for climate change.

Bachelor of Architecture (BArch): Five-year full-time program

The programme fosters analytical and critical thinking in order to produce aware and responsible practitioners who shape meaningful relationships between people and their surroundings. The emphasis is on developing solutionaries who will improve people's lives and instill respect for diversity, equity, and ethical behavior in order to ground practices in human values while tackling societal concerns through responsible design. The school aims to foster new ways of thinking in an increasingly complicated and competitive environment.

Master of Design (Integrated Product Design) is a two-year, full-time postgraduate degree.

This course combines fundamental Product Design topics with courses in business, entrepreneurship, and technology to provide designers with a multidisciplinary approach to dealing with challenging real-world situations. It was developed in partnership with the University of Pennsylvania and aims to provide students with a solutionary attitude.

Master of Architecture

A two-year, full-time postgraduate programme.

The master's program helps students develop a critical perspective that allows them to reimagine architecture as a synthesis of theory and practice. This choice-based course teaches students how to design for contemporary and global challenges, with a focus on technological breakthroughs and sustainable development. 

Anant Fellowship for Sustainability and Built Environment

One-year, full-time, on-campus diploma program.

Anant Fellowship is the premier programme at Anant National University in Ahmedabad. Since its inception in 2017, the programme has attracted more than 170 Fellows from over 18 countries around the world. The year-long program is intended to inspire thought-leaders and built-environment solutionaries through a transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary curriculum as well as hands-on experiential learning opportunities.

A diploma program in Anant  for Climate Action has a duration of  eight months worldwide

An 8-month immersive global program for climate change solutionaries is the Anant Fellowship for Climate Action. Its goal is to establish a community of climate change trailblazers who work together and share ideas and knowledge from different industries, geographical areas, and age groups. It is based on a mentor-mentee paradigm.

Note that there isn't a registration cost.
