What is SRMS EET?
Entrance Exam SRMS EET (Shri Ram Murti Smarak Engineering Entrance Exam) is an important exam that is a guideline by the Shri Ram Murti Smarak Engineering Institutions. This is the main entry point for admission to this prestigious engineering course. The exam format is 100 questions of one mark each without any kind of negative marking. With an online method, four options are available for each question where candidates need to select the one correct answer.
One important thing to keep in mind is that 85% of the seats at SRMS EET are filled based on performances in JEE Main with minimum stipulated marks. Of the remaining 15% of seats, which is left over after allotment here, some are filled through all India quota while others, due to vacant positions and not reported from states, are filled through SRMS EET entrance indication. SRMS EET 2025 Eligibility
SRMS Engineering Institutions have laid down certain norms for candidates applying using SRMS EET 2025. There are some eligibility criteria fixed by the institution that is :
Candidates should have passed or appeared in any of the following 10+2 level exams at the time of admission:
Two year Pre-University Education or Intermediate conducted by the State Board of Higher Secondary Education;
10+2 or who have passed an equivalent examination of / Senior Secondary conducted by the Central Board of Higher Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi)
12th Class pass from The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (ISC)

Candidates should possess a valid rank in UPSEE, JEE-Mains, and AIEEE.
To those seeking admission under the management quota, there are some additional terms: they must have secured a minimum of 60 per cent aggregate at the qualifying examination in physics, chemistry and mathematics (PCM) with no grace marks obtaining not less than zero out of one hundred marks.
The rest of the 85% of seats will be filled through UPSEE-2025 counselling following university regulations and candidates` ranks in UPSEE/JEE-Mains/AIEEE. Further, 15% will be filled as management quota, out of which direct admissions to the eligible students under SRMS EET (Shri Ram Murti Smarak Engineering Entrance Test ) administered on all India levels online from 2025 onwards.
