Rajasthan Polytechnic Counselling 2025
The authorities will carry out the Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 counselling process for all candidates selected through the merit list. This online process will take place in two rounds. As is characteristic of all the India Polytechnic year 2025 counselling processes, the candidates lock their choices or options. Thus, the conclusion regarding the seat allotment is arrived at through the merit list and choices that have been locked by the candidates. After the process of seat allotment, the candidates must report to the respective nodal centres for document verification. Because the Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 counselling is completed in two rounds it is possible for the candidates to apply for the auto-upgradation for the nodal centres.

Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 Counselling Process
The candidate, wishing to join Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025, has to attend the Counselling for Admission Process organized by DTE, Rajasthan after the preparation of the Merit list. The centralised Counselling is expected to start from the fourth week of July in the year 2025.
Students will be summoned for counselling according to their rank in the merit list and be admitted based on the availability of seats in the particular college and course.
The counselling schedule of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 will be notified on the official website and hence the candidates are requested to check for the same.
The Counselling sessions will have to be attended at centres that have been identified based on the date and time indicated.
Pursuant to the earlier decision, candidates will list his or her preferred program according to the merit order and where there are available seats.
The allotment of seats will depend on the merit of the candidate besides the course and the college of choice.
Candidates are required to possess certain certificates and documents and these would have to be produced to the self-employed supervisors for vetting at the Counselling centre.
After seat allocation, every candidate has to pay a non-refundable admission fee of 4000 INR irrespective of the category of the candidate.
The accepted candidates are required to append their admission at the college they selected preferably within two weeks after the admission list release to clear fees.
The candidates who did not get their first choice will get a provisional seat and based on availability in the second Counselling round, the seat will be confirmed.
