OUAT 2025 Counselling Process
Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology will declare the OUAT UG 2025 counselling schedule for the academic session 2024-2025 to the candidates who participate in the OUAT exam. Keep visiting the OUAT Official Website to learn about UG admission counselling.OUAT 2025 Intimation cum rank card will be available online in August 2025 tentatively. Candidates who have passed the ODISHA common entrance examination of OU grade 2 and have been included in the OUAT merit list to appear in the counselling according to the date and time mentioned in their OUAT intimation-cum-rank card.
Candidates can download the OUAT intimation-cum-rank card 2025 by entering their OUAT roll number, mobile number and date of birth on the official exam site. On the other hand, through their ID and password, candidates can download the rank card of OUAT 2025 on the OUAT Official Website.
However, it is to be noted that mere receipt of the counselling intimation does not assure a seat. Admission to any course shall be made strictly per the availability of the seats and based on verification of the eligibility criteria submitted by the candidates in the online counselling application with the original documents mentioned on the OUAT Official Website.

OUAT Counselling Fee
The following is a list of essential documents that candidates must carry on the day of counselling along with a Demand Draft of any nationalised bank (drawn in favour of Comptroller, OUAT, Bhubaneswar, payable at Bhubaneswar): Candidates can also choose to pay the fee through SBI Collect by net banking facilities. Equivalent candidates must also take all original certificates to the counselling centre and the rank card.
