OUAT 2025 Application Process
The OUAT Entrance Exam 2025 application process started on March 1, 2025, on the OUAT Official Website and the examination notification. Candidates were given a month to complete the form, and the application submission deadline will be April 5, 2025. Moreover, the candidates had to pay the application fee by April 6, 2025, per the prescribed OUAT essential dates.

The OUAT Form B editing and submission window for the entrance exam will be accessible from May 20 to June 15, 2025. The form has to be filled out for admission to UG courses for the academic year 2024-25. Form B is mandatory. How to Fill OUAT Application Form 2025
1. Visit the OUAT Official Website.
2. That link will contain ‘Submission of Online Application Form-A for OUAT Common Entrance Examination 2025.’
3. Provide a Mobile number (to be verified via OTP), Aadhaar number, Email ID, OUAT Exam Center preference and other details it asks for.
4. Attach a passport-size photograph and signature of the full sign with the suggested format. The picture is 200px tall, 150px wide, up to 200 KB size and in JPG/JPEG format, and the signature is 100px tall, 150px wide, up to 200 KB size and in JPG/JPEG format.
5. After processing the final submission, Login-ID, Password, and Application Number will a UTOMTICAL ADDRESS be generated by the system and sent over the registered E-Mail I.D. and Mobile Number
6. Pay the application fee of INR 1500 to the university either online (NEFT/RTGS) or offline.
Filling OUAT Form-B
Apply Form-B for OUAT admissions after the generation of the admit card for the OUAT entrance exam. Candidates must click the link “Submission of Online Application Form-B for Admission in OUAT Admissions. Enter the roll number of the OUAT admission test, name, date of birth and other essential details to open the Form-B.
While taking up Form-B, the prescribed data will be auto-populated based on the information filled by the candidates in OUAT Form-A. Candidate Details -Files are to be scanned and uploaded on the side of documents (Age and Educational testaments) where the file size of each file is not to be more than 200 KB. Documents to Upload:

A caste certificate is also served when applying for SC/ST/Green Card/Physically Handicapped by the candidate in this reserved category.

For NRI Candidates: Sponsor Passport, sponsor Visa/ Permanent residential certificate, sponsor residential proof (Electric bill, Telephone bill, Water bill, etc.)

Once Application Form B is submitted successfully, the candidates will receive an SMS or Email Confirmation with their registered mobile number and email. Candidates should print the Application Form-B for further use; it has been stated to keep it secure.
