NMAT Registration 2025, Application Form: Expected Date, Exam Fees & Process
The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) has begun NMAT 2024 retake registration. Candidates who took the NMAT exam can now request for a retake on a test date 15 days following their initial try. Candidates were able to complete the NMAT retake registration until the deadline. Candidates who did not apply for the first attempt at the NMAT exam are ineligible for retake registration. In addition to retake registration, GMAC has made the NMAT scheduling window more accessible. The scheduling window allows Candidates to select the NMAT test date for their retake attempt.
Those who have already scheduled their NMAT exam attempt can use the rescheduling window to reschedule the exam date as needed. The application fee for rescheduling the NMAT exam is INR 1,200. According to the NMAT by GMAC dates, the exam will take place till December 20. Candidates must pay INR 3,000 as the NMAT registration cost to schedule the exam for each attempt.

NMAT 2025 Registration, Application Form
The admission procedure for NMIMS and other affiliated colleges begins with completing the NMAT application form 2024. Candidates should ensure that their NMAT exam registration is completed on time. Only then will they be eligible to sit for the exam for which they will receive their NMAT admit card. The NMAT application form registration process occurs online, where candidates are required first to create a login ID and password. For the NMAT registration process to be completed, the candidate must pay 2800 INR excluding tax, which covers the NMAT application fee, that is, the exam and the examination slot booking. The candidate can pay for the fee online, which is done using the Debit Card and Master Card, and can also utilise the Mobile wallet, student wallet, and Debit, Medium, and other online modes. After registering, candidates can apply to reschedule the test via their student account. To reschedule for NMAT 2025, Aspirants must fill in the reschedule option 72 hours before the test date.

NMAT 2025 Registration: Photo Upload Requirements
When applying online for NMAT 2025, candidates must upload a recent photograph. Failing to meet the following specifications may result in rejection of the application:
- Photo Age: The photograph should be recent, and taken within the last 6 months.
- File Format: Acceptable formats include JPG, PNG, and JPEG.
- Orientation: The photo must be in portrait format.
- Background: A white or light-coloured background is required.
Additional Photo Guidelines:
- The applicant's eyes should be open and clearly visible.
- The photo must be front-facing with the face-centred.
- The tops of the shoulders should be visible in the photo.
- Photos not adhering to these specifications or with dark backgrounds will be rejected.
- The photo must allow test administrators to clearly identify it.
Details Required for NMAT Application Form
Candidates must provide various details during NMAT registration 2025, including:
- Personal Information: Name, gender, date of birth, category, nationality, native language, parents' names, and ID proof details.
- Contact Information: Mobile number, alternate contact number, primary and alternate email IDs, and full address including country, state, city, and postal code.
- Education Details: Highest education level achieved, undergraduate (UG) country, university, college, stream, degree name, specialization, mode of UG degree, graduation status, year of passing, marking scheme, and percentage.
- Work Experience Details: Type of engagement, sector, total work experience as of July 1, 2024, and industry of employment.
- School Preferences: Up to five school preferences can be added without extra cost. For each additional school preference beyond five, a fee of INR 300 will be charged.
NMAT Rescheduling
Candidates can reschedule their NMAT exam within 72 hours of the original appointment. The steps include:
- Logging into the NMAT account.
- Clicking on the “Schedule Exam” button.
- Selecting a new date, time, and location.
- Completing the process by paying the rescheduling fee using a credit card.

Candidates are allowed two retake attempts. To register for a retake, candidates should:
- Log in to the NMAT official website with their NMAT 2025 credentials.
- Select the 'retake section'.
- Choose a new date and time.

Registration for Candidates with Disabilities
Candidates with disabilities can request special accommodations, such as extra time, a scribe, larger fonts, or mobility assistance. They must upload a scanned copy of their Disability Certificate. The NMAT by GMAC helpdesk will verify the application, and Pearson VUE will arrange the necessary accommodations and equipment at the test centre.
