Syllabus for NEST 2025

The syllabus for NEST 2025 will address the subjects that students have studied in classes 11 and 12. The exam will consist of five sections.

NEST Syllabus
General Section	There is no specific syllabus for this section. The questions are designed in a way to test a candidate’s hold over General Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Astronomy, Computer Science and Environmental Studies.) There may be certain questions that will test a candidate’s grasp of basic mathematics.

One must know the syllabus properly and schedule the preparation duly.
The NEST science syllabus is the NCERT or CBSE syllabus, and it includes mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology. There is no question of leaving any paper overprepared.
Irrespective of the exam delay, students should not lose their preparation track. Since the states have already started the unlock phase, the exam can be conducted at any time.
A clear understanding of the 12th class’s basic science and fundamental concepts is essential to clear the exam.
Having clarity on the two-three papers alone does not fetch good marks; it may lead to negative marks.
Try to solve the previous year’s question papers and appear for the mock test for better practice.
