AYUSH Counselling Process

The first round applies to students who apply for online counselling for AYUSH UG courses. After being selected, candidates are required to accept the seat allotted or opt for an upgrade. Candidates falling in this category always have these two options available for them:

Alternative 1: Maintain your current seat and lose the right to play subsequent rounds.

Scenario 2: Keep Your Allotted Seats But Play For Upgrades In The Next Rounds

Choice 3: Surrender the provisioned seat so you are considered for the next round

Option 4: You can withdraw from the counselling and surrender the allocated seat.

Selections for the second round must be submitted by candidates selecting options 2 and 3. Candidates opting for option one must report to the allotted institute by the deadline. Failing to report in time will result in the cancellation of admission, thus making the candidate ineligible for further rounds.

Empty Seats After 2nd round AYUSH counselling :

  • If the government or government-aided seats are not filled after the second round of counselling, they will convert back to the concerned states' seat matrix.

  • The private, national, or deemed university seats will be filled through a mop-up round. This round will accept new registrations. In case of any vacant seats after the mop-up round, the same will be forfeited, and the respective institute will be returned to the institute for a stray counselling round.

AYUSH 2025 Counselling: Choice Filling

After completing the application form and paying the security fee reference, you must complete the Preferences form. All candidates must specify their preferences for their course-college combinations. Candidates are free to enter multiple choices in preference form, with no limit in number. Despite that, it is ensured that the candidates must go through the fee structure of the college and the course curriculum that the candidate chooses.

If the choices are not filled, the candidate will be out of the AYUSH Counselling process & can opt-out. Moreover, they will need to lock the choices before the last date for the final submission of selections.

AYUSH 2025 Counselling Seat Allotment

When the candidates specify their choices and get their NEET 2024 ranks, AACCC will prepare a list of seat allotments for various courses. When allotted, candidates will choose their preference whether they opt for the seat or not. To render this decision, they have to sign in to their relevant accounts on the AACCC official website and then choose their option from them.
