What is the KEAM Exam?
The Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical Entrance Exam is a standardised test launched in New Delhi, Kerala, Mumbai, and Dubai. KEAM is a Computer-Based Test that acts as a gateway for admissions to engineering programs administered by various colleges in Kerala affiliated with Central and State Regulatory Bodies, Universities, and the Government. Successful KEAM candidates should participate in the Centralized Admission Process organised by CEE. In this regard, CEE provides a limited range of opportunities for admission through the CAP to courses in medical, agriculture, forestry, veterinary, fisheries, architecture, and pharmacy.
However, applying for the CAP does not require KEAM for candidates seeking admission to these courses. Instead, these candidates must have a NEET/NATA scorecard. However, the KEAM application form should be completed and submitted within the deadline set by CEE for all those seeking admission to the college above programs.
