Eligibility to Apply for JAC Chandigarh 2025 Counselling

 

Academic Qualifications:

 

  • It is mandatory for the candidates to have appeared and cleared their JEE Main 2025 examination. 

 

Subject combinations required in the qualifying examination for admission to BE/BArch/Integrated BE (Chemical) - MBA courses:

 

BE / Integrated BE (Chemical) - MBA:

 

  • All India Rank prepared by National Testing Agency (NTA) based on JEE (Main) 2025 Paper 1 score for BE/BTech.

  • Passed 10+2/equivalent examination with 5 subjects:

  • Language (Hindi/English/Punjabi/Any Other Language)

  • Physics

  • Mathematics

  • Any one of the Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subjects

  • Any other subject

  • OR Passed 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.

 

BArch:

 

  • Usually known as All India Rank, which is issued by the National Testing Agency on the basis of JEE (Main) 2025 Paper 2A (B. Architecture). 

  • Passed the 10+2 examination failing in which case the Chairman of the Board can order for revaluation of the paper Besides, the candidate has to secure at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and 50% overall average of marks in 5 subjects. 

  • OR He/She has passed the 10+3 diploma examination with Mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects and obtained an aggregate of 50% marks.
