HPU MAT 2025 Application Process

 

The application form for the HPU MAT 2025 exam will be made available online on the Shivaji College website. According to the registration process, expected will be available in the first week of April 2025 The candidates desiring to apply for an MBA at HPU Shimla have to visit the official website, fill in their details in the online application form, and upload their documents. The candidate must submit all their necessary credentials with the requisite fees before submitting it. The MBA entrance exam is conducted as an essential event for admissions to management courses at the university level, which are run by the Himachal Pradesh University Business School, Shimla. Before completing the HPU MAT 2025 application form, candidates should ensure they have the following documents and information readily available:

 

1. A scanned copy of the applicant's current passport-size photograph.

2. A scanned copy of the applicant's signature.

3. A scanned copy of either the applicant's father's or mother's signature.

4. A valid email address.

5. An active mobile number, either owned by the applicant or their guardian.

How to Fill HPU MAT 2025 Application Form?

 

The candidates who are eligible can follow the steps given below as instructed to complete the HPU MAT application form online:

 

Step 1: Go to the official website at admissions.hpushimla.in.

Step 2: Click on the tab “HPUMAT (MBA)” available on the left side of the home page.

Step 3: A pop-up will open with the terms and conditions of the HPU MAT 2025 exam.

Step 4: Carefully read the provided instructions and terms of service offered to you and accept.

Step 5: Enter the required personal details, including:

 

  • Candidate's name

  • Father's name

  • Mother's name

  • Father's occupation

  • Contact number of father/mother

  • Examination centre for the entrance test

  • Correspondence address

  • Mobile number

  • Permanent address

  • Telephone number

  • Email ID

  • Subsidized/non-subsidized/both application

  • Date of birth

  • Aadhar number

  • High school mark sheet details

  • HPU registration number

  • Nationality

  • Gender

  • University/board from which the diploma/degree was obtained

  • Bonafide resident of HP

  • Single child status

  • EWS category

  • Defence personnel status

  • Applied category

  • Physically challenged status (Yes/No)

Step 7: After submitting personal details, note down the registration number and password, then click on the "I have noted" tab.

Step 8: Enter education and document details, including:

 

  • Matric or equivalent board name, passing year, marks obtained, maximum marks, percentage marks, and exam roll number

  • 10+2 or equivalent details.

  • Graduation degree details

  • Upload required documents in the specified size and format.
