HCEE 2025 Counselling Process

Based on the results, MDU will publish the counselling schedule. The deviation is decided according to how candidates rate after taking into account the entrance test titles. Once vacancies have been determined following the initial rounds of counselling, there are up to four additional ways forward. From that first round of counselling, however, any places that remain unfilled are no longer available.

• After the results are announced, candidates will immediately pay a counselling fee of INR 500 and submit their course options.

• The first consultation of each round begins promptly at 9 a.m. 

• When attending the counselling, candidates must bring the following documents for verification of their eligibility to join the courses concerned:

• Original certificates showing their educational qualifications.

• One set of photocopies of each document; and

• The original and one set of photocopies of some evidence that entitles candidates to reliance on the reservation of seats.

• Candidates who fail to mail their documentary evidence will not receive any reservation seats at all.

• Two passport-sized photos.
