Gujarat PGCET Application Form 2025

 

The Gujarat PGCET 2025 registration was started by ACPC on 20th June and the link to the registration is provided on the Official Website.  There are certain conditions, which the applicants must fulfil before they apply for the traineeship. The steps of registration include completing the form online, attaching the documents, paying for registration, and completing the registration process. The last date for submitting of online application form for Gujarat PGCET 2025 and making the fee payment is July 2025. Users are required to fill in the form with their details which include, name, telephone number, email and address, there is no provision to edit the form once the candidates submit the form. The Gujarat PGCET 2025 examination will be held in July, specifically on the 20th and 21st. 

Documents Required for Filling Gujarat PGCET Application Form 2025

 

The Gujarat PGCET 2025 application form requires personal and academic qualification details to be filled in by the candidates. Ensure the following documents are handy to avoid issues during the application process:

  • Mark sheet or statement of marks of the final qualifying examination of the previous/ last year of study.

  • Birth Certificate, Class 10th certificate, School Leaving Certificate, Transfer certificate.

  • GATE scorecard.

  • Caste certificate (if applicable).

  • PwD Certificate or any other document which declares that the concerned candidate is physically disabled.

  • If the applicant is an In- In-Serviceman, then Passport size photograph along With the Certificate of In-Serviceman issued is the Commanding Officer of the respective unit.

  • Original as well as self-attested certificate from the Director, Sainik Welfare Board (for the candidates who want to take admission under the Ex-Serviceman category).

How do you fill out the Gujarat PGCET Application Form 2025?

 

Application Form Submission: The Gujarat PGCET 2025 application form will be available and need to be filled online only. Below is the process for reference A unique theory is developed based on Glynn’s study.

 

Step 1 - Registration:

  • The registration can be done by entering information like Name, Mobile No, Email ID etc.

  • Select a user ID and password that the user will use in subsequent logging into the application.

  • Tap the submit button to get the OTP on the attached email and on the given mobile number.

  • To finalise the registration, input the OTP received on the entered phone number.

  • The user ID and password would be mailed/SMSed to the registered email/mobile number.

 

Step 2 - Login and Filling Application Form:

  • Gender

  • Category

  • Parent’s names

  • Annual family income

  • Nationality

  • Postal address

 

Step 3 - Uploading Photograph: 

  • Please scan and post a colour passport-sized photograph of yourself that was taken in the last month jpg/png/bmp. 

  • The photo and date of birth certificate should be in maximum of 20 kb when submitting the documents. 


 

Step 4 – filling B. E. /B. Tech Details and Uploading Certificates:

  • Deliver information about the B. Tech courses including the passing status and other information about the college. 

 

Step 5 - Select Course for Application:

  • Choose the course for application under Gujarat PGCET 2025 based on the B. E. /B. Tech specialisation. 

 

Step 6 - Uploading Certificates:

  • Scan and attach B. E. /B certificates whereby the certificates must reach the marketing department within one week of the date of this letter. ID proof, Address proof, passport size photographs, 10th Marksheet and passing certificate, Graduation certificate(s), Marksheets and certificate(s) for other degree courses, Tech and other documents like SC/ST/PwD certificates (if required). 

  •  Original GATE scorecard if the candidate is applying through GATE. 

 

Step 7 - Payment of Application Fees and Submission

  • Make the application fee payment via a credit/debit card or internet banking. 
  • Upon that, the application form will be filled out, and upon the payment of the fees, the form will be submitted. 
  • You can download and print it, and remember it safely until the admission process is over.
