EMAT 2025 Application process

 

Registrations for EMAT 2025 have already been closed. Candidates could apply online for the exam Application fee: INR 2000. The payment can be made via net banking, credit card or debit card All the candidates need to fill in the form with all attention and very fine details as it is expected that officials will not deal with any of the information which you have left due to any reason The institute has said that even if a candidate is granted admission subsequently in any stage, the admission will be canceled immediately after it founds that the information shared by him/her was not genuine or accurate.

Documents Needed for EMAT Application Form 2025
 

The following documents must accompany the EMAT application form:
 

1. Two copies of the completed application form, signed by the candidate.

2. A copy of the online application fee receipt amounting to INR 2000.

3. One passport-size color photograph, with the candidate's name and application number written on the reverse side.

4. Self-attested copies of academic records from Class 10 onwards, including:

   i) Class 10 /SSLC Certificate

   ii) Pre-Degree/Plus-Two/HSC/VHSC mark sheet & certificate

  iii) All mark sheets & certificates of Graduation OR Professional Qualification, as applicable,

   iv) All mark sheets & certificate of Post-Graduation (If applicable)

5. Score Sheets of CAT / GMAT, if chosen.

6. Self-attested copies of Work Experience Certificate(s) from the last 3 years.

7. Self-attested copy of a valid Photo Identity proof (such as Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/AADHAR Card).

8. Copy of Gazette Notification in case of a name change.

9. Copy of Employee ID card, if available.

10. Self-attested copy of Category/Relaxation certificate from the competent authority, if applicable.

How to Apply for EMAT 2025?

 

Aspirants could follow a few steps to register for such exams:

 

Online Registration:

 

  • Visit the Page of Admission Notification of EPGP Kochi at IIM-K official website.

  • To Register, one should provide the name, email ID, password, and mobile number and select the program name.

  • After Registration in your email inbox find the application number, Email and mobile no. which is entered by you with your password.

EMAT Application Form Filling and Fee Payment

 

  • Use the application number-email-password combination to log in to the online EMAT application form 2025

  • Please complete the online application form, which judges details regarding your personal information, academic record (school and university), national-level entrance examinations participated in (for instance GRE or CAT), employment history to date including present employer name and address, career aspirations/extracurricular involvement interests, etc. Previous employers can be used as reference. Once the form is completed, after reviewing the information one should submit it. Kindly, note if the application form is incomplete for seven days from the date of registration, then it will be considered invalid and the registration will expire.

  • Make the online application fee payment of INR 2000 (plus taxes as applicable). To pay the fee candidates can choose any of the following modes:

       1) Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Master, Maestro, RuPay)

       2) Internet Banking (Bank transaction charges for online payment will have   

        to be borne by the candidate)

  • Take a printout of the EMAT 2025 application form and documents. Send all the documents to IIM-K Kochi Campus at the following address:
