What is CUET PG 2025?

The Central University Entrance Test (Postgraduate), or NTA CUET PG, is a national-level entrance exam designed for admissions into postgraduate programs at Central and participating universities. This Common University Entrance Test (CUET) aims to provide a standardized platform and equal opportunities for candidates nationwide, particularly benefiting those from the North East, rural areas, and other remote regions, thereby facilitating a stronger connection with universities.

This single examination allows candidates to apply for various Central Universities, broadening their admission prospects. The exam will be conducted in a computer-based format with a duration of 105 minutes, or 1 hour and 45 minutes. Previously known as the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET), the exam was administered by the UGC in a paper-pencil format until 2021.
