Outstanding Maritime Training Institute 2024 (2nd Rank) – Awarded by the Directorate General of Shipping during the 61st National Maritime Day Celebrations (NMDC) 2024.

International Samudra Manthan Award 2023 – Won in the "Training Institute of the Year (Pre-Sea)" category at the 10th International Samudra Manthan Awards.

Inter-College Competitions

Naughtica Champion – TMI successfully participated and won this inter-college maritime festival on four consecutive occasions from 2017 through 2022.
