Refund Policy for PGDM 2025–27 Program at Sparsh Global Business School (SGBS)

 

Sparsh Global Business School (SGBS) implements the refund policy of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) based on Chapter VI, Clause 6.45 in their approval handbook (APH). The refund policy of PGDM 2025–27 at Sparsh Global Business School (SGBS) applies to provisionally admitted students withdrawing their admission from the program.

 

The refund rules depend on specific situations according to the following table:

Important Notes from AICTE Guidelines (APH)

 

  • The clause regarding filling vacant seats by the addition of new students (clause 2) cannot apply to SGBS because the admission period ends on July 7, 2025. The institute declines to process any requests pertaining to refunds after July 7, 2025.
  • The institute must never retain the authentic School or College Leaving Certificates issued to students.
  • The institute processes withdrawal refunds (if applicable) together with the original documentation return within seven days of receiving the formal request.
