National Insurance Academy Pune Infrastructure & Facilities

National Insurance Academy (NIA) Pune offers the latest amenities in field education to cater for both academic as well as co-curricular requirements. These facilities aim to develop an enclosed comfortable space of student’s enhanced studies and improvement in order to meet the goals and objectives of the institution.

NIA Pune Library

Over 24600 books, 19 online journals, 94 magazines, 4000 holdings, 23 PhD theses, 7 online databases, and 130 audio/video CDs are all part of the library's collection. articles and reference materials covering every aspect of insurance, including reports from insurance companies, loose-leaf services, lexicons, insurance laws, and directories. The library includes good collections in actuarial science, management, finance, economics, training, and general knowledge in addition to its strong insurance collection. The NIA Library is a particular automated library for the insurance sector. Fourteen newspapers are subscribed to by the library.

NIA Pune Hostel

About 62 completely equipped, roomy, air-conditioned rooms with adjoining balconies are available for twin sharing at the "Sarvapalli" hostel. It also features a large dining area with a kitchen adjoining. Both the main entrance gate and the hostel are secured around the clock. NIA regularly arranges transportation to a few other areas of the city.
