The MIT Institute of Design, which is under the MIT-ADT University is developing a strong mission for providing affordable quality design education to the students, especially to the students belonging to the economically weaker section of the society. Annually, MITID awards scholarships to up to 5% of MITID-enrolled students in the form of full or partial scholarships. This category of scholarships is intended to help in the reduction of tuition fees and make education more accessible.
