JAGSoM Bangalore Admission 2025

Jagdish Sheth School of Management sought to offer a postgraduate diploma in management with streams in General, Finance, Marketing and Digital Business. Entry is given depending on the marks achieved in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA/GMAT or in the JAGMAT test. The candidates who are found suitable for the course and have graduated with not less than 50% marks can apply online by paying an amount of Rs. 1000/- towards the admission fee. 

Those who get through the shortlist will be called for an essay writing and a personal interview, and the final list will be compiled based on the performance in these two and the scores achieved in the entrance examination.

JAGSoM PGDM Admission Details 2025

While JAGSoM Bangalore does not have the regular three-year full-time MBA programme, the institute offers a full-time PGDM programme equivalent to the MBA, which has Specialisations in General, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, and Digital Business streams. PGDM is open to both full-time and students in both full-time and part-time MBA. 

The following shall be eligible for consideration for the award of this degree:

• A candidate for the degree of master of business administration must possess a bachelor’s degree in this or a recognized University. The PGDM has a duration of two years, and entry into the course is determined by the CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/JAGMAT entrance tests. Interviews for the shortlisted candidates take the form of an essay writing and personal interview afterwards leading to the final selection.

Eligibility

• A minimum of fifty per cent marks in an aggregate for all the years/semesters from a recognised university for the gen/OBC category while a pass in the same for sc/st categories.

• Work experience is mandatory and must be at least two years.

• A score of CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/JAGMAT is mandatory, where the scores mentioned are valid.

JAGSoM Bangalore PGDM Selection Process

A 90-minute aptitude test with three sections:

1. English Language Proficiency (ELP) – 25 marks

2. Quantitative Aptitude (QA) – twenty-five marks

3. Analytical and Inferential Reasoning (AIR) OR Logical Reasoning (LR) – 25 marks

Group Exercise (GE):

Each ‘Solution Orientation’ is a 30-minute group activity that can enlist between six and eight of the candidates.

Personal Interview (PI-1):

An interview in order to assess their ‘Value Fit’ with the batch.

Personal Interview (PI-2):

A test of ‘Learning Capability’ is to be administered in a face-to-face interview with three assessors (one faculty, one industry and one alumni).

Go to the JAGSoM Bangalore Home Page and perform the following steps: 

• Click on JAGSoM Bangalore ‘New User Registration. ’

• Fill in the needed information and click the button ‘Save & Continue. ’

• Registered applicants will receive an e-mail confirming the registration process.

• Enter your Login ID and Password and go for payment of the fee of the application, which is 1000/- INR.

• Provide other fields such as Education and Employment history.

• Check all the procedures you want in the box at the lower part of the page, then click on ‘Submit. ’

Documents Required:

• SSC/10th Marks Sheets

• HSC/PUC/12th Marks Sheets

• Students are required to submit their marks sheets for the Bachelor’s as well as the Postgraduate Degree.

• Any issued Work Experience Certificate

• Marksheets of Entrance examination (CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT) as applicable

• The applicant must attach one recent passport-size coloured photograph.

• A photocopy of any of the ID proof (Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License)

Note: Upon successful authentication, the system will generate a confirmation e-mail that the transaction of the fee was successful as well as the status of the application form that was submitted to JAGSoM.

JAGSoM BBA Admission 2025

JAGSoM offers a three-year BBA Degree Programme and Integrated Programmes. Details are outlined below:

BBA-Eligibility

• 12th pass of any stream with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST category).

• A valid scorecard shall include information on any of the examinations that include SAT, LSAT, VUSAT, IPMAT, CUET or ASP.

Application Process for BBA in JAGSoM

• To register at JAGSoM Bangalore, prospective students should go to the JAGSoM Official Website and click ‘New user registration.’

• Fill in all the necessary information and press the ‘Save & Continue’ button.

• Once the registration is done, you will receive an email with your User ID and Password information.

• To log in to your account, use the User ID and Password that has been provided to you.

• Fill in all the needed information 

• Click on a button to go to the payment of the application fee using several methods.

• Finally, when you are through checking your application, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application cycle.
