Undergraduate Programs (B.Tech)
Eligibility & Selection Criteria:
- General Eligibility: The candidate must have passed 10+2 conducted by a recognized Central or State Education Board with PCB /PCM and obtained a minimum of 45 % marks for the General category and 40% for the reserved categories.
- Entrance Exam: They seek admission through UPSEE and through counselling, depending on their performance.
- Lateral Entry: Diploma holders in engineering are also allowed for Lateral entry into the B. Tech. program subject to his/her eligibility and C.A. marks in the UPSEE.
Selection Rounds
- Merit List: There is a merit list prepared according to the obtained scores in UPSEE and the profile of students.

ITS Engineering College Refund Policy

Academic Fee Refund Policy
When a student cancels their admission, the following conditions will apply to getting a refund:

If the admission cancellation request is received before the commencement of the academic session | The entire deposited fee will be refunded after deducting a processing charge of ₹1,000. |
If the admission cancellation request is received after the academic session has commenced and the seat is filled by another candidate | The fee will be refunded after deducting the tuition fee on a pro-rata basis, i.e., based on the number of days attended. |
If the admission cancellation request is received after the session has started and the seat remains vacant | Only the Caution Money (if any) will be refunded. All other components of the fee are non-refundable. |
Important Note:
In cases where the admission is secured through UPSEE/AKTU counselling, and the student has deposited fees with UPSEE, the refund must be claimed directly from UPSEE/AKTU as per their official norms. The ITS Engineering College shall not be responsible for processing such refunds.
Refund Policy for Hostels
ITS stands for Infodemiology and also explains how students will be refunded their hostel fees, depending on their year and length of stay. It seeks to treat all fairly and not put the institution at a loss by offering residential services.

Students are allowed to vacate the hostel after the first quarter, if desired, and will not be bound to pay for subsequent months if vacated. |
