IMS Noida Starts the admission process for the academic year 2025-26 for UG, PG and Diploma courses. All major programmes require the candidates to pass through the Joint Entrance Test (JET) as administered by the institute and a Personal Interview round. At the time of applying the candidates must take the JET exam and they must get reasonably good aggregate scores. The institute offers offline modes of study for all the courses, some of them are BBA & MCA. IMS Noida selects students with high merit scores and entrance exam scores for all the courses offered.

MBA, PGDM, and MIB Admission Process
The IMS Noida have an MBA course that has a duration of two years and is a full-time programme for the management, PGDM and MIB. The MBA programme offered by the Institute is fully approved by AICTE is also affiliated to AKTU and offers various majors in Strategy, Finance, HR, Marketing, IT and International Business. The candidates applying for the recruitment must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any stream with not less than fifty per cent marks. The curriculum of the MBA programme also comprises different value-added courses like Behavioral Science, Business Communication and Entrepreneurship etc.
For BBA, BCA, and BJMC Admission Criteria
For undergraduate programmes such as Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC), the programmes span three years with Six semesters each. The candidate should have passed his / her 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a main subject until the 10th standard for BCA. JET examination and a Personal Interview are conducted for selecting the students to be admitted to IMS Noida.
BA LLB Admission Process
The course BA LLB is an integrated course of five years which comprises ten semesters. The entrance exam is open for all candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. The institute provides eligibility criteria for students, and then they have to sit for the 10+2 grades selection then the JET exam, and the final is the PI round.
MCA Admission Process
The programme of Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is a postgraduate programme having a duration of two years, which is divided into four semesters. The candidate must have a minimum of 50% marks in graduation with having Mathematics subject at the intermediate level and a Bachelor’s degree. They need to take the UPSEE exam and then there is an additional round of PI conducted by IMS Noida.
MJMC Admission Process
The MJMC course is a two-year master's programme with four semesters and candidates need to have passed a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from any recognised university. It follows the JET exam and PI round that determines the student’s admission into the university.
LLB Admission Process
IMS Noida also has a three-year undergraduate programme in law, that is a three-year LLB which includes six semesters. The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 45 % of marks for any of the PFCL vacancies. The admission process includes this JET exam, but, the results of this test will be followed by an interview round and will decide the final list of the candidates.
IMS Noida Admission Process 2024: Step-by-Step Guide
The admission process of IMS Noida for its various UG, PG, diploma, and certificate courses is a systematic and proper procedure through which it selects all the right candidates. Here's a detailed breakdown of the steps involved in the IMS Noida admission process:
Step 1: The first stage of the admission process is the completion of the application form. Candidates are required to download the application form from the IMS Noida Official Website and fill it out. This form is the only compulsory document which every student interested in getting a place in IMS Noida for any chosen course.
Step 2: In order to write the JET the candidates have to complete the JET application form. This form can be downloaded on the current IMS Noida campus by depositing a sum of fifteen hundred Rupees on any weekday. On the other hand, the form can be downloaded from the IMS Noida Official Website and sent to the admission department along with a draft of INR 1050 in favour of the Institute of Management Studies in Noida.
Step 3: IMS Noida conducts the JET exam one of the selection processes of the institution. A merit list of candidates is prepared by the institute according to the JET scores attained and the short-listing is done. This list takes into account the percentile scores of candidates in their Class 10 & 12 boards for UG Programmes & graduation for PG programmes along with Personal Interview (PI) scores.
