IMDR Cha Bappa 2024

The Ganesh Chaturthi celebration at IMDR Pune, known as IMDR Cha Bappa, was a vibrant occasion blending tradition, innovation, and sustainability.

Sanskriti 2024

Kshitij 2023

Kshitij, the annual fest of IMDR Pune, spanned three days of competitions, cultural showcases, and spirited celebrations.

Inclusive Horizons 23 Hackathon

In a session titled "My Story," Mr. Nandan Bhat shared his entrepreneurial journey, detailing the challenges and triumphs he encountered while establishing his venture. His narrative served as an inspiration for aspiring entrepreneurs, highlighting the significance of resilience and adaptability in the business world.
Industrial Visits
To bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application, IMDR organized industrial visits to prominent companies such as Alfa Laval, Mapro, KSB Ltd., and Wilo. These visits allowed students to observe industry operations firsthand, understand organizational dynamics, and gain practical insights into various business processes.
Drum Circle
The Drum Circle event was designed to foster teamwork and enhance communication skills among students. Participants engaged in collaborative drumming sessions, which not only served as a stress-relief activity but also emphasized the importance of synchronization and collective effort in achieving common goals.
Sankalpana - Management Hackathon
"Sankalpana," a management hackathon, challenged students to devise innovative solutions to real-world business problems. This event encouraged critical thinking, creativity, and the application of management theories to practical scenarios, preparing students for the complexities of the corporate environment.
Management Neophyte: Internship Project Presentation Competition
