The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta was established in 1961 at Joka, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This Institute is considered as one of the top and oldest IIMs institute in the country. The flagship course offered by this Institute are 2-year MBA program and admission to this Institute is done on the basis of a CAT examination. Candidates need to secure almost 96 to 99 percentile to secure their admission into this Institute. This Institute secured 5th rank in the NIRF ranking and 3rd rank in the IIRF ranking in 2024.

The steps involved in IIM Calcutta MBA admissions are as follows:

Common areas, game rooms, and sports courts are all features of the hostels where students can unwind after a long day.
