IFIM School of Management Placement 2024
The median package offered during the UG 3-year and PG 2-year placements in 2023 was INR 4.89 LPA and INR 5.7 LPA, respectively, according to the NIRF report 2024 that was made public. Additionally, out of 136 students enrolled in UG 3-year placements in 2023, 34 were placed and 73 chose to pursue higher education. Previously, around 75 businesses took part in the 2022 placement session at the IFIM School of Management. The highest package offered to MBA students was INR 15 LPA, whereas the highest package for BBA and BCom (Hons) courses was INR 7 LPA. Additionally, the average 2022 IFIM Bangalore MBA package was INR 7.50 LPA. In 2022, the average package offered for placements at the IFIM Bangalore School of Management for BBA and BCom (Hons) was INR 5 LPA.

The advantages of such kind of mentorship do not only apply to making the students become better employees but also making them better individuals.
Placement Opportunities
IFIM promises students to place them in jobs as soon as they complete their course, guaranteeing 100% placements. For the purpose of improvement of employability, the institution has put into practice what is called the Centre for Continuous Employability (CCE).
Bernard Kariuki Centre for Continuing Employability (CCE)
The idea of CCE was designed with the intention to prepare IFIM students for employability in a lifetime. It links curriculum offerings to the marketplace, thus directing current students and graduates to acquire, augment and retool for required competencies. The services provided by the CCE include:
- Student and alumni services about placement and internships.
- Designing and implementing corporate training programs.
- Continuation of the funding support provided by the alumni.
Unique Internship Model
IFIM has a unique internship pattern of 4.5 months, which is quite different to the six to eight-week internship model offered by other business schools. This Industry Internship Program has a load of 20 academic credits and it is conducted effectively across the curriculum so that students experience the minimum transition from theory to reality. All these internships are offered with the support of 65 companies from different fields working with IFIM.
Internships in Law College
In the IFIM Law College for the students, the internship and placement cell placements are offered in the final semester. Law students can do internships with advocates, law firms corporate legal departments government agencies, public policy institutions and NGOs. The Bar Council of India requirements state that students must do at least 20 weeks of internship during the BBA LL.B. course.
