All the professors at FOSTIIMA are from IIM and they have prior professional experience in teaching as well as working in senior management positions in the corporate world such as Vice Presidents, Chief Operating Officers, Managing Directors etc. The method of training and academic style of FOSTIIMA entails the conventional acquisition of knowledge with skills development through practical training.
