About IQAC at EWIT
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at East West Institute of Technology (EWIT) was established in March 2016 with the aim of enhancing and ensuring the quality of academic and administrative processes within the institution. Since its inception, the IQAC has played a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement by developing a systematic approach to quality enhancement across various functions of the Institute.
The primary objective of the IQAC is to promote quality improvement in all areas of the institution's operations, including academics, administration, and student activities. The cell works in close collaboration with major committees and bodies within the institute to support the development and implementation of key policies and procedures. This includes conducting academic audits, preparing the Annual Report, and engaging with national quality assessment processes such as the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), National Board of Accreditation (NBA), and institutional affiliation processes.
In addition to these activities, the IQAC is responsible for documenting and reporting various institutional activities, aligning them with higher education requirements.
