The CMAT official website will release the CMAT 2024 answer key and response sheet. The downloading of the CMAT answer key is initiated normally within a week after the exam. The NTA shall then declare the exact dates for the CMAT 2024 answer key and the notice to challenge after the entire examination has been performed. Even though the exact CMAT 2024 date for May 2024 has not yet been announced, candidates can expect the answer key shortly after the exam. Downloading CMAT 2024 Answer Key
The CMAT answer key for 2024 will be available on the NTA-CMAT website. The candidates may check the CMAT 2024 question paper and answer key using the official login credential on the CMAT’s NTA website. Finally, please follow the instructions outlined below to download the CMAT response sheet from last year:
Open the NTA-CMAT website.
Click on “Get CMAT 2024 Answer Key Challenge” on the NTA CAT page.
Input the application number and password or DOB of CMAT 2024. On the screen, the answer key and the response sheet will be displayed.
Click to save the CMAT response sheet in 2024 key pdf format to your desktop. Keep in mind that the CMAT 2024 answer key will be available for download for a limited time.
Candidates are advised to download their response sheets from the official NTA CMAT website within the given time frame; otherwise, the response sheet will expire for all the test takers.
How to Challenge CMAT 2024 Answer Key?
Any test-taker of CMAT 2024 can challenge the official answer key as issued by the NTA. The CMAT answer key challenge window 2024 will be available for 2-3 days, and candidates can submit the same below:
Go to the official NTA-CMAT website.
Click on the ‘Challenge Answer Key’ option.
Enter your CMAT 2024 Application Number, Date of Birth, and Security PIN, and submit.
You will find 100 questions for CMAT Paper IDs arranged sequentially. The ID next to the question under the column ‘Correct Option’ represents the correct Answer Key of NTA.
To challenge a specific question, choose the option IDs in one or more of the column's next four by checking the checkbox.
After selecting your desired option, go to the bottom, click on ‘Save your Claim,’ and move to the next screen.
You will see a list of all Option IDs that you have challenged.
To upload supporting documents for the general, select ‘Choose File’ to upload your documents – all documents need to be attached into one single PDF file.
Then, go down and click ‘Save your Claim Finally’.
When you go down, you will find a display of your challenges. Click on ‘Click’.
Then, you will see the fee payment option – ‘Click here to Pay Fee’

How to calculate the CMAT score?
The CMAT answer key for 2024 will include correct answers for each question, the options chosen by the candidate, marks awarded for correct options, and marks deducted for incorrect options. Using this information, candidates can calculate their raw CMAT score. The CMAT marking scheme is as follows:
For each correct answer, 4 marks are awarded.
For each incorrect answer, 1 mark is deducted.
No marks are awarded or deducted for unanswered questions.
