BUMAT 2025 Counselling Process

The counselling for BUMAT 2025 is expected to start in July 2025, soon after the announcement of results concurrent with the Rank Lists. Counselling for the candidates declared successful in the entrance test and selected for admission to BBA/BCA courses would be held at various BVDU campuses in Pune, New Delhi, Kolhapur, Karad, Sangli, Navi Mumbai and Solapur.

The BUMAT 2025 counselling is held for document verification, and candidates must appear in person for counselling. Candidates must check online periodically to get updates and be present at the venue as per schedule whether they receive any official letter from the university. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the seat to another eligible applicant.

• Counselling Letter

• Proof of Date of Birth

• School Leaving Certificate

• Class X Mark Sheet

• Class XII Mark Sheet

• Graduation Mark Sheet

• Transfer Certificate

• Migration Certificate

• Anti-ragging Undertaking

• Gap Certificate ( if any)

• Character Certificate

• Medical Fitness Certificate

• Caste Certificate (if applicable)

• The candidate and the parent/guardian will have to sign an Affidavit (given in the brochure)

• Six new passport-size photographs (mention the name on the back of the photo).

Important Guidelines for BUMAT 2025 Counselling:

• The candidates should report at the assigned centre at 10 AM.

• If a candidate fails to attend the counselling on the prescribed date & time, the claim to the seat will be cancelled.

• Candidates must note that inclusion in the merit list does not ensure admission. Admission depends on the availability of seats.

• No one will receive personal letters of counselling.

• Seats will be allotted only per the combined merit list based on the availability of the institute and course.

• The admission is offered after document verification and is provided based on the candidate's rank and the seat's availability
