BITS MCA exam results are to be published after the conclusion of the exam, most likely in June 2025. The results will be available online for the candidates through the official institute website via the direct link provided to check the scorecard. 1. Go to the Academic Institute Website Link
2. Enter the section of BIT MCA result 2025.
3. Sign with the application no and PW given to them
4. The scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
5. Here are the steps to download the scorecard and take a printout of the scorecard for the future
Documents Required During Admission
The copies of the following original documents, along with one set of self-attested photocopies, have to be produced by candidates on the day of admission:
1. Age Proof (Class 10 pass certificate)
2. Class 10 mark sheet.
3. Class 12th Marksheet/Intermediate Or Equivalent
4. Transcripts of all years up to the final year for graduates OR Transcripts up to pre-final year for candidates graduating in 2025. Last but not least, a Certificate from the Principal of the Institute stating that the candidate has to appear for all required examinations for his/her bachelor's degree by 30th June 2025 and has obtained requisite marks in his/her final examination for the bachelor's degree.
5. Pass certificates of candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from a distant/open/university other than the regular stream along with mark sheets of graduation & proof of its recognition by DEC-IGNOU.

7. Scorecard of BIT MCA 2025 Online Entrance Test
8. Caste certificate, if applicable, of Reserved category in the prescribed format, signed by the authority not below the rank of SDO.
9. Dully filled in the Special category form and Special category certificates (for Persons with Disability, Kashmiri Migrant, Ward of BIT Employees) in the proper format from the relevant authority.
10. Photo I-card (Driving licence, Passport, PAN card, Voter I-card, College I-card, Aadhar Card, Employee I-card), photocopy of the submitted online application form
