Bihar UGEAC Counselling Registration 2025

To attend Bihar UGEAC 2025 counselling, the candidates need to use their JEE Main 2025 score. For the remaining, one can give BCECE scores instead of JEE Main scores. Unfilled seats after the counselling based on JEE Main ranks will be filled based on the BCECE 2025 score.

Steps to register for Bihar UGEAC counselling:

Step 1 - Registration:

• Among them, the one related to examination appearance and the one related to the application number of JEE Main 2025 both need to be input.

• If the verification of the user is successful, a final verification message shows up; the process of registration will be continued.

Step 2 - Fill in personal information:

• After registration, activities like; Log in to the account.

• Complete all the gaps in the personal data.

• Copy down the given UGEAC-ID as it is given here and do not change the letter capitalization of the letters in the ID.

Step 3 - Upload photo and signature:

• Photographs and the two full signatures of the scanned passport-size photograph in both Hindi and English but not in capital letters should be uploaded.

Step 4 - Enter educational details:

• Enter educational information accurately.

Step 5 - Preview the application form:

• Verify all entered information.

• In case of the existence of any wrong information, one can opt for the ‘Back to Edit’ button so as to alter the information.

Step 6 - Pay the counselling fee:

• Click on the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button and make the payment of the counselling fee through Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI.

Step 7 - Download Part A and Part B of the form:

• When one completes the payment, a printout of Part A together with Part B which contains a download link of the submitted application is provided.

• For this purpose, the hard copy is to be preserved safely as all the provided information along with the UGEAC-ID will be needed at the time of counselling.

Bihar UGEAC 2025 Counselling Process

• The UGEAC counselling is a process centralized in three rounds which comprises of the following.

• Registration: Hence, they will first have to give their JEE Main 2025 score for registration.

• Publication of Merit List: The merit list is prepared for those candidates who registered for JEE Main and the list is prepared on the basis of the candidate’s score.

• Choice Filling and Locking: The candidates whose roll numbers have been selected, are required to fill their choices as per the dates and times that have been provided. The choice filling is done in two stages, namely round one and round two.

• Seat Allotment: The options mentioned by the candidates along with the merit list computed for UGEAC determine the seats that are offered to the candidates. There are two phases that are conducted for the allotment of the seats.

• Download Allotment Order: The applicants who have been supposed to be admitted need to download the allotment order.

• Reporting and Document Verification: Original documents have to be produced at the reporting centre along with the allotment order by the candidate.

• To easily upload the passport-size photo, ensure that the file is in scanned or soft copy format and does not exceed 100kb in size.

• Attach a scanned or a soft copy of your signature in both Hindi and English and each of size 100 Kilobytes or less.

• Bring your Aadhar Card if you have one assuming that the facilitator might request the number.

• Should have a Credit card, ATM-cum-Debit card, internet banking & should have a basic understanding of the UPI (Unified Payment Interface).
