How to Fill Bihar UGEAC 2025 Application Form?

• Registration: First of all, they get themselves enrolled for Bihar UGEAC 2025 through the official link that is provided to them. They must have applied for JEE Main 2025 and have filled in the application number, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID, and have set the password. An activation code is then provided to confirm the registration in order to be able to use the application.

Bihar UGEAC 2025 Choice Filling

UGEAC counselling involves a candidates agency where one has to log in and provide the institutions and branches of their choices in a serial manner. They can also edit their selection several times before the particular deadline. Prior to the choice filing deadline, the candidates have to finalize their choices; otherwise, the existing order will be considered final and the candidates will be locked in it. The access is created after which any attempts to modify it are impossible. The final choices will be e-mailed to the respective e-mail IDs of the candidates and then the candidates are supposed to take a printout of the entire thing.

Candidates who have filled and locked their options will be given seats as per the availability of their choice along with their UGEAC rank. BCECEB will release the Bihar UGEAC seat allotment result on its website and candidates have to log in with their UGEAC ID to check the result. Candidates who have been granted seats can download and also print their UGEAC 2025 seat allotment order. A candidate being uncomfortable with the seat assigned to them can change it in the second round of counselling. Contestants who will not demand an upgrade will not be considered in the other cycles of the UGEAC counselling exercise.

Bihar UGEAC 2025 Document Verification and Reporting for Admission

Every candidate has to register for the document verification process at the respective Reporting/Nodal Centre according to his/her UGEAC 2025 seat allotment letter. The allotment order will consist of the name and address of the centre and the date of reporting. Those who do not come for document verification, as per schedule will be struck off the counselling and their seats will be taken to the next round. Such candidates will not be allowed to proceed to other sub-rounds of counselling.

• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Matric / equivalent exam

• Residential Certificate

• Caste Certificate

• Original certificates/documents for admissions in Private Engineering Colleges for the first year of B.E. /B.Tech.

• Collect six passport-size photographs which are used in the JEE Main 2024 admit card.

• Obtained a downloaded print of the Online filled Application Form (part A & part B) of UGEAC-2024.
