What is Bharath Engineering Entrance Examination (BEEE)?
Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER), Chennai, conducts the Bharath Engineering Entrance examination (BEEE) for admission to its UG engineering courses. This exam is conducted to evaluate the awareness and command of the aspirants in engineering subjects: Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. BEEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Before coming to the exam, the candidates must also go through the eligibility criteria. Candidates willing to take admission to Bharath University must ensure that they fulfil the requisite eligibility conditions laid down by Bharath University. Here are the key points that all candidates must read before filling out the BEEE 2025 application form:
Nationality:
The applicants must be citizens of India and should be residing in the country.
Qualifying education institutions in India for at least two years prior to admission to the UG.
Its participants must have passed the qualifying examinations in India.
Eligibility for Qualifying Examination:
Candidates need to qualify for any of the below exams:
Higher Secondary Examination of 10 + 2 or some other Examination in the pattern of 10 + 2 [State Board of the Secondary Education or Equivalent.]
CBSE, New Delhi • Central Board of Higher Secondary Education
Council for Indian School Certificate Examination(CISCE, New Delhi)
NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF OPEN SCHOOL,
AIB: Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognised Board/University.
Cambridge University Higher School Certificate Examination or an examination recognised as equivalent to Campus
Age Limit and Relaxation:
Candidates should be at most 25 as of July 1 of the admission year.
Qualifying Examinations:
Candidates must have completed or appeared for their 10+2 Higher Secondary Education from a recognised state board/national board/university, High School Certificate Exam of the Cambridge University or equivalent:
The following are the eligibility criteria for the B Tech course:
Graduation: 10+2, Minimum 50% aggregate in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) Graduation.
Chemical Engineering and Technology: Minimum 50% aggregate (with passing in each subject separately) in respective optional subjects Engineering and Technology
Biotechnology and Biomedical Engineering: At least 50% marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 12th grade
B.Tech Lateral Entry: B.Sc/B.tech. Any other mathematics-Beschreibung with Mathematics.
BArch:
Admission Criteria: Pass with a minimum 50% total marks in 10+2 or equivalent, with English and Mathematics as subjects; or 10+3 Diploma recognised by Central/State Govt with 50% total marks! NATA — National Aptitude Test in Architecture conducted by the Council of Architecture. For admission to the BArch program, The candidates should apply using the prescribed form.
