B.E. Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a 4-year course at college. It is learning electricity, electronics and electromagnetism. It can be said that this class is just right for those people who have an interest in electrical circuits and modern electronic devices. With classrooms as well as laboratories, the students acquire skills applicable to work in various types of engineering jobs.
You need to have taken physics, chemistry and calculus at the high school level for Bachelor of Technology (B. E.) students to gain admission. After that, they have to clear some exams-- like the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main test for engineering entrance conducted nationwide which also has provisions for different states where individual schools are located. Some colleges might even invite students in for a counselling session or interview that would determine which students they should offer places to.
Graduates of this program have good job potential. They can work in power plants, heavy machinery factories, electronic-making companies, and even aeronautics and automotive industries. Job titles include Electrical Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Manager, and System Analyst. Electrical and electronics engineers are in demand now that technology is advancing rapidly: they are both well-paid and promise a future.
The course uses electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism to engineer the results. Because of this, you may find that engineers in this field design and make electric circuits, power-generating systems, both large and small, and many types of hardware. Working conditions vary greatly.
