APJEE 2025 Counselling

After the declaration of results, for admission by counselling process of APJEE 2025, the process is done online. The candidates who are eligible sit in different rounds of the process which includes selection of their preferences meant for seat allotments. During counselling an Apostille verification is done and a merit list is created according to the ranking achieved in APJEE 2025. Seating is then allocated, once these processes have been carried out.

APJEE Counselling 2025 Process

1. The APJEE 2025 merit list will be followed by the counselling session to which candidates are called.

2. The candidates must go to the APJEE 2025 counselling session at the specific centres, which are made through the announcement of the concerned authority.

3. The counselling procedure for admission to APJEE 2025 starts with document verification, thus candidates should produce all documents.

4. After that, the candidates will move forward with the locking of institutes and courses they have preferred out of all the documents of verification.

5. The choice filling or locking, the candidate’s merit, the availability of the seat, and the choices that the candidate has locked will be the main factors while allocating the seat in APJEE 2025.

6. Nomination letters will however be issued to all the candidates that have been given seat allocations.

7. Any candidate who does not accept a seat allocation will not be allowed to write any other APJEE in the future for failure of justifiable cause.

4. Employment certificate from the employers or domicile certificate issued by 1s class magistrate for the category – 2

5. School leaving certificate/Transfer certificate

6. Character certificate

7. Migration certificate

8. Parent's employment certificate

9. Permanent residential certificate

10. Medical fitness certificate
