The APJEE 2025 round one seat allotment process has been started from 17 June 2025. The counselling takes place in online mode. The second round of seat allotment started on 28 June 2025. The result of this examination was declared on 2 June 2025 on the official website. The admit card for this examination was released on 23 May 2025. Candidates need to download the admit card to be eligible to participate in this examination. The application process for this examination started on 1 March 2025 and candidates can fill up their application form till 20 May 2025.
The common eligibility criteria for this examination is that candidates need to qualify class 10th examination from the recognised board. Candidates need to go through full eligibility criteria details before their registration process.
The examination consists of 150 questions totaling 600 marks based on CBSE Class 9 and 10 syllabi covering Science and Mathematics. The marking scheme awards 4 marks for each correct answer and deducts 1 mark for each incorrect answer.

APJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
1. APJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria Overview:
The subjects include children of APST, children of non-APST state government employees, central government employees, or public sector employees posted in Arunachal Pradesh, and those who have passed at least three years in Arunachal Pradesh or have passed the class X examination from Arunachal Pradesh.
It is mandatory that the candidates should have passed the standard X or equivalent exam from any government-recognized board. Even students studying in Class 10 standard passing examination can apply as well.
Age, correctness is applied where their age should not be more than 18, or less than 15 years at the time of admission. It is argued that for SC/ST candidates there is a relaxation of 3 years given to the students.
2. Categorization of Eligible Candidates:
Category 1: It incorporates all the APST candidates including the children of All India Services, Central and State Govt. employees.
Category 2: It includes a child of a non-APST state government employee, a child of an All India/Central Govt organisational employee, and a child of a Central Public Sector undertaking employee working in Arunachal Pradesh.
Any other category candidates who are not included in the above category must have appeared or have passed in class 10 or 12 from a school located in Arunachal Pradesh. In particular, their parents had to reside in the state for at least 3 years before the date when the application was submitted.
