Certificate Verification: In this stage, To participate in Andhra Pradesh NEET 2025 Counselling, candidates had to submit the listed documents to the college for document verification.
1. NEET 2025 admit card
2. NEET 2025 scorecard
3. Class 10 mark sheet/ Birth Certificate
4. 10+2 Marksheet or Equivalent
5. Transfer certificate
6. Aadhaar card or any other suitable photo ID proof → This Part is conditional and may change by the Communication Opened from WCD, which will be forwarded to the selected applicants.
7. Academic Certificates of Class 6 to Class 12
8. Residence Certificate of Candidate with the candidate's name: if the candidate has no house, only the house certificate for either candidate's parents must be submitted. (obtained from by MRO / Tehsildar)
9. Certificate of belonging to Special Category (if any)
10. If applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC caste/ community certificate
11. Income certificate (wherever necessary)
12. Minority Certificate (Registered and Issued by Minorities Welfare Department) wherever applicable.
