Candidates who want to take part in AP NEET 2025 counselling must register through the official website of YSRUHS. Application forms could be filled out online only and were available on Internet Explorer (version 11), Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox( Latest version) only. Applicants were instructed to complete the entire application thoroughly and keep their mobile phones ready, as they would receive an OTP for verification.

Steps: The registration process involved the following steps

2. You need to Go to Online Registration.

3. Fill up  the following necessary details:

• NEET 2025 roll number

• NEET 2025 rank

• Date of birth

• Mobile number

4. Enter the security code and hit Validate.

5. Once the validation is done successfully, the registration process is performed here, and a number is allocated for your further reference.

6. Register with the roll number for NEET 2025 and NEET AP registration number.

7. Lastly, the application form must be filled with relevant details.

8. Pay the application fee.

9. Print a copy for forwarding/reference after submission if found valid

Verification of the Documents

Once the candidates had completed the application form, they had to print the final version and paste a recent passport-sized photograph in the provided space.

After this, candidates had to print the application form and all the relevant documents and go to the verification centre. They had to take at least three verified photocopies of their certificates for the verification process.

YSRUHS has released the final merit list for AP NEET 2025 counselling following the verification process, which only includes the names of candidates whose documents have been successfully verified. This merit list was used for seat allotment in AP NEET Counselling 2025.

Web Counselling is the process of choice filling, i.e., the candidate chooses their interesting course/college. A candidate had to log in with the registered account on the official YSRUHS website to make the online choices. They had to select their preferences of course/college from the available list. You could fill in any number of options in the preference form. Preferences Of Candidates: Candidates can fill in as many choices as possible in the preference form.

YSRUHS prepared the seat allocation list for the eligible candidates. The seats were allotted following the filling of the choices by the candidates and their ranks in the state merit list. The essence of this letter was to inform the candidates chosen that they must report to the institute to confirm their admission. Empty vehicles after reporting were assigned forward to the next phase of reporting.
