AMU Entrance Exam 2025 Counselling
Once the AMU Entrance Exam 2025 results are released, the counselling process will start right away. Upcoming the university will announce the schedule as this, which includes dates for the firm lists. Such decisions are based on the CUET 2025 merit list to screen candidates. The counselling process shall include registration, submission of documents, examination, and acceptance at each stage of one session candidates must pay a set fee to proceed further. Participation in the counselling rounds is restricted to candidates who have qualified for the AMU entrance exam. There will be three rounds and the results will be available on the official website. It is possible for applicants admitted to apply online through amucontrollerexams.com.
How to participate in the AMU CUET 2025 Counselling Process?
Access the online entrance Exam from the official website of AMU at amucontrollerexams.com.
When opening the Online Counselling/Admission Portal 2023-24 page, click on the login link to get to counseling.amuonline.ac.in.
If a candidate has their password and email ID set they must log in. Those who have not registered for counselling must do so next.
After logging in, candidates are required to upload their documents and select their preferred colleges.
Those taking the exam will have their choices and documents scrutinised with any discrepancies reported. These candidates will need to re-upload the appertaining documents accordingly.
Lottery and list computerization of senior students will be published on the website after verification. Those who are admitted must make online payments for their deposit.
Fees for admission and counselling can be paid only online.

Counselling Process
- Registration and Choice-Locking:
Candidates apply online using their application number, date of birth, and password on the official website.
Upload documents online for verification, which is done on the Web by officials.
Candidates will re-upload them online if officials turn down their documents for re-verification online.
To make their seat allotment from available colleges, candidates then lock their choices of college.
- Publishing of Merit/Rank List:
The university puts out a merit/firm list for every course on its website.
Candidates who have been home-delivered seats can pay the admission fee over the Internet to confirm their allotments.
- Reporting:
Candidates are sent a provisional ADMIT to the email address they listed as their one during the online application & counselling schedule. They have to report as indicated by that email to the allotted AMU college/school.
At the college/school, they complete formalities, undergo induction, and under their timetable for the semester I get a copy.

- AMU Entrance Exam 2025 Application Form, as submitted.
- AMU Entrance Exam 2025 Admit Card
- AMU Entrance Exam 2025 Scorecard/Result
- Class 12th and 10th mark sheets and certificates
- Six recent passport-sized photographs as uploaded in the application form. They should be in colour with a white backdrop. Each photo is to have dimensions of 2.5 x 3.0 cm.
- Documents related to Bonafide/other Reserved Categories, typed in Hindi or English and attested by a competent authority/Naib Tehsildar/Deputy Collector or higher Grade Officer
- For PWD candidates Only. - Attested copy of Certificate from a Medical Practitioner showing the extent (in percentage) of disability
- Income certificate for EWS category. 9. Certificates for children of AMU employees (parents), including employment certificate and a countersigned service book & pension section.
- Certificates for children of AMU Alumni (parents) - including certificate/diploma/degree and mark sheet of the parent producing the child and a letter of consent from the parent concerned.
- Certificates for children of officers appointed in the last two years by a Ministry of Central Govt. to a Post in Aligarh; include an attested copy of the order of transfer and a certificate from the Head of Department
- Domicile Certificate from the Competent Authority of the State concerned /UT for admission to AMU
- For NCC candidates only: Certificates from schools/college/s as the case may be at the level for which they want concessions (at least 7 days before 11 August 2003).
- Please note that a Certificate from the Commanding Officer of a regular cadre NCC Unit is also required
- For children of armed forces personnel who lost their lives in action Certificate (s) from Senior Authority of the Armed Forces as well as a Declaration from the candidate
