UGAT 2025 Application process
Registration for the UGAT exam 2025 started on January 4, 2025. The last date to complete the UGAT 2025 application form is June 9, 2025. Before that, the scheduled last date to fill out the application form for the UGAT exam is April 30, 2025. Date of UGAT-16 June 2025 The refundable registration Fee is INR 750. Applicants can apply to a maximum of five institutes through the UGAT registration. To Register for UGAT 2025, before the candidates start the registration process, ensure that you fulfil the minimum eligibility conditions of the exam.
How to Apply Online for UGAT 2025?
Step 1: How to fill UGAT 2025 application form online;
Go to the AIMA official website.
You have to Click on the link "online registrations by candidates for 2025 UGAT" in quick links or check the link below.
Click on the 'Fresh Candidate to create login' button and register with details, name, DOB and email ID. Submit the registration.
In the end, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID.
So, you may log in with your email ID and date of birth.
Click on the "Fill Application (Step 2/3)" and provide the information required like the choice of the city, address, mobile number, academic information, etc., upload a photo & signature, and pay the required fee to complete the registration.

Photograph - 200 pixels x 300 pixels Signature - 200 pixels x 300 pixels should be in JPG/JPEG format Scanned image of photograph and signature.
Class 10 mark sheet.
Class 12 mark sheet.
Composition: Caste Certificate (for SC / ST / OBC/ Person with Disability).
Credit card, debit card, credit card, internet banking, UPI and demand draft details
UGAT Application Form Offline Process
The application forms for UGAT can be by the applicants from the AIMA office in New Delhi & colleges and institutions listed with AIMA on the payment of 750/- in cash.
You can also get the application form via post by sending a DD of INR 750/- to AIMA, in favour of "All India Management Association", payable at New Delhi. Remember to attach two self-addressed slips or adhesive stickers.
The application form for UGAT 2025 must be submitted on time, and all information requested must be complete and accurate. Forms that are either incomplete or incorrect will be rejected.
UGAT 2025 Application Fee:
UGAT 25 Application Fee is INR 750/-.
There is an option for payment using a credit card, debit card, net banking or Demand Draft.
