  • You can start by visiting the AIMA Official Website.

  • Click here to register. Make sure to provide your information when applying.

  • Get your login credentials to use the website after registration.

  • Information within the Application Form must be true and accurate.

  • Upload a scanned recent coloured passport-size photograph (not more than six months old) and signature in jpg/png format.

  • Go to the payments and payments option and select Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.

  • Now pay the application fee, INR 1500 and Click on the “Submit” Button.

How To Fill AIMA RMAT 2025 Application Form?

 

Online Application Process
 

  • Signup: Enter your name, DOB, email, and mobile number. After you submit your entry, you will get a confirmation email with a link that you will have to click to be verified. Enable to create a strong password to log in to your RMAT.

  • Form Submission: Login to your RMAT account, and you will find the application form there. Fill it in with your academic details and work experience.

  • Document Uploading: Latest Passport-size photograph and preserve your signature paper copy signature as per the declared standard

  • Payment: Pay the application fee online by debit/credit card/net banking or other online payment method. The exact amount of the fee can be found on the ACMA Official Website.

  •  Printout: Create a PDF of your completed application and print it for your records. If you have already paid the application fee online, you do not need to send a hard copy of the form.
     

 

Offline Application Process
 

  • Download the form: Applicants have to download the RMAT Application Form from the AIMA Official Website. The students must fill out the downloaded application form by hand with accurate details.

  • Demand Draft Preparation Pro: Get a demand draft (DD) of the application fee (usually Rs 1500/-). In case the DD should favour the “All India Management Association”, payable at New Delhi.

  • Applications Submission: Candidates should send applications duly filled in to 'Manager (PhD Programme), AIMA-CME, Management House, 14, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003' in an envelope by ordinary post. Securely seal the envelope and send it out by a reputable courier or post, and include any tracking information if applicable.

Documents Required for Application
 

  • Academic: Bachelor's and Master's marksheet.

  • Photograph & Signature: Coloured passport-sized photograph (JPEG format) & Signature (JPEG format) [As per the prescribed format]

  • Payment Details: Get your Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking details ready if you want to pay online. If you are paying through Demand Draft, be ready to fill in the DD details.

Applicants should be aware of the nuances of fees for AIMA RMAT 2025, which vary based on the mode of payment, category of applicant and gender.
