AIIMS MBBS NEET Cut off 2025

 

The cutoff score indicates the lowest scores that the appearing candidates must obtain to be eligible for securing admission to AIIMS. Under the AIIMS MBBS NEET 2025 qualifying criteria, the cut-off percentile is 50 for the general category and 40 for the reserved categories.

 

Here are the cut-off scores of different categories

AIIMS MBBS NEET 2025 Merit List

 

Students must qualify by securing at least 50% (40% marks for OBC/SC/ST) respectively. The MCC will use the 15% AIQ Merit List that NTA will prepare to conduct its counselling process.

Inter se merit of two or more candidates in the same category having equal marks in the competitive entrance examination shall be determined in order of preference:

1. Top merits in entrance exam in Biology.

2. Meritorious candidates in chemistry from the entrance exam.

3. Candidates with better Physics scores in the entrance test.

4. Candidates with less number of wrong responses.

5. Priority is given to senior applicants
