The Army Institute of Fashion & Design (AIFD) has published the application form for AIFD WAT 2025: The registration of the slot to write the exam is followed by the registration of the candidate’s particulars in a form that must be completed before the deadline with accompaniments in the form of documents and application fee payment. The admit cards shall be provided only to the candidates who have properly registered themselves. The WAT 2025 for Admission in AIFD will be held in April 2025. This entrance examination is carried out by the AIFD as the Online Admission Test (OAT) for admissions into the UG programmes in its affiliated campuses.

How to Fill AIFD WAT Application Form 2025?

Step 1: Registration 

• Students should go to the official Army Institute of Fashion and Design (AIFD) website and look for the ‘Admission 2025-25’ tab. 

• Go to the exam portal and select the option “New Registration”. 

• Include your name, mobile number, e-mail ID, married/unmarried status, etc. in the application form. 

• On this note, a login ID and password will be created. 

Step 2: Pay the Application Fee

• Submit an application fee of 500 Indian Rupees. 

• This means once you have made your preferred payment, log into the portal again. 

• Finalise the remaining part of the application form, attach, it if necessary, and submit the form. 

Step 3: Provide Details in the Application Form

• Personal Details: These are full name, father’s name, mother’s name, nationality, marital status, birth date, and gender. 

• Education Details:: Fill in basic data including the name of the last qualifying exam taken, the year, and the percentage score. 

• Correspondence Details: Write your Permanent Address: This is the physical location where you live, work, and spend most of your time. Also, write your Postal Address: This is the area where you want letters and packages to be sent to you; it is usually different from the permanent address especially when the permanent address is in a rural area. 

• Exam Centre Preference: List three centres for the written test which are most convenient to the candidate. 

• Declaration: You need to sign the declaration that is found at the end of the application form. 

• Character Verification Details: State the identity of a person for character verification and the contact information. 

• Photograph and Signature: The person applying should affix their passport-size photograph that should be self-attested and must be 4. 5 cm X 3. 5 cm in size and the signature must also be self-attested. The mentioned form should also be completed and signed by your local guardian/parent.  

Step 4: Attach the Required Documents

• Some of the documents that need to be printed and completed include the forms such as; certificate no 1, the second certificate, the third certificate in case there is a willingness Certificate, declaration by parent/guardian, medical fitness certificate, etc. 

• The form should be filled appropriately then the signed copies of the submitted documents uploaded before completing the form. 

Step 5: Submit the AIFD WAT Application Form

• After you fill in all the details of the form and attach all the required documents, you have to submit the form online. 

AIFD WAT 2025 Admission Process Details

Candidates seeking admission to the Army Institute of Fashion & Design (AIFD) must follow these steps:

1. Appear for the AIFD Test 

• Sit for the Online Admission Test (OAT) for UG courses held in April 2025 at the respective examination centres. 

2. Check AIFD Result 

• Students should check the official website of the University for the declaration of Results. 

• As for the shortlisted candidates, they are required to deposit INR 10, 000 as a registration fee and INR 5,000 as the hostel fee within seven days from the day the result has been announced. 

• Mentioned that only RTGS/NEFT mode of payment will be allowed to make payment as cheque/cash will not be acceptable. 

• It is further noted that after making payment, the candidates have to send an email to aifd@awesindia. edu. into the given transaction number and other related details of the students so as to confirm their registration. 

3. Declaration of Final List 

• This version shall be published on the institute’s website to provide the selected candidates for admission list.
